I painted this as a theme piece for this year's Madill Art Show where our theme was "Texoma through the artist's eyes". It represents a fisherman on Lake Texoma getting an early start and receiving the added bonus of witnessing a beautiful sunrise. I was grateful to see it sell rather quickly.
