It's been a pretty good couple of weeks. I got to teach an oil painting workshop last Saturday--small group but fun and rewarding. The attached painting is the one we all worked on during the six-hour session. I just spent an hour or so putting some finishing touches on it. Also, this week I sold my first painting from the gallery where I started showing a couple months back. YAAAAY! It's always the most fun when a total stranger plunks down money for one of my paintings. Hopefully, it's the beginning of something new.
